As another school year is nearing its end, Netspring teams are happy to share a sample of their most recent work. With the support of our supporters such as Arkema and PVH, we were able to open new Green IT Classrooms as well as in hold volunteering activities in our supported schools. Furthermore, Netspring was invited to share insights on Tech4Good at a Sino-German Symposium.
April was again a very busy month for our teams. Besides our on-going events and schools’ visits, we are happy to share the great news of the launch of the first Sparx* Green IT class in Vietnam as well as PwC distance volunteering. We also held our annual e-waste Recycling Drive in collaboration with AmCham Shanghai, for the 51st Earth Day with the theme “Restore Our Earth". The e-drive was yet another success as the number of items received, increased by more than three times from last year!
As March brought the first days of Spring, our students returned to campus and started their new semester. Netspring Teams were also busy again with openings, schools’ revisits and preparing for new workshops and distance learning sessions. Last but not least, we invite you to join the AmCham Shanghai annual e-waste drive event on April 22, 2021 and contribute to the circular economy.
On the occasion of the new year and for the new semester, Netspring team continued to empower the schools and communities in need and reduce digital inequality by transforming e-waste into e-learning. We are happy to see that our long-term partner Faurecia renewed its Chongqing classroom on its 9th year of cooperation. Moreover, the annual AmCham Shanghai e-waste drive will soon take place: We sincerely invite you to join us on the occasion of Earth Day 2021.

In 2020, Netspring accelerated digital education and developed distance teaching during the pandemic, and provided distance support to the students and their teachers.
The festive Season is on its way. Netspring team would like to thank you for all what was accomplished in this challenging year. Despite overall tough environment, we were able to hold openings and volunteerings, partipate to events such as the Franco-Chinese Month of the environment or celebrating Awards. In the second half of the year, we have been very busy and would like to share with you a selection of our latest happy moments. We also wish you a Happy Christmas !
