Netspring has transformed e-waste in e-education for more than 30,000 students in China

Notice of Fraudulent Use of Netspring Name and Resources

  1. Misuse of Netspring logo and resources on the [WE] Project

Beware of false and misleading information circulating on social media and LinkedIn, including but not limited to mentions of a partnership between Netspring and Green Initiatives for the launch of the [WE] project in May 2016.

Neither Netspring Ltd (Social Enterprise), founded in Hong-Kong in 2012, nor Shanghai Yiquan Social Enterprise Ltd, its subsidiary established in 2013, are aware of any lawful agreement to use Netspring trademark and logo or Shanghai Yiquan employees contact details in relation to the “WE project” by Green Initiatives (see photo in appendix). Recent requests made to Green Initiatives to provide copies of all partnerships contract(s) between Netspring and Green Initiatives from May 2016, remained unanswered.

  1. Fraudulent personal LinkedIn declarations regarding Ms. Clotilde Pallier, former GM Shanghai Yiquan

1. The mention of the “Webox project launch” by Ms. Clotilde Pallier on her personal profile on LinkedIn and any other web communications, during her tenure as a General Manager of Shanghai Yiquan (August 2015-April 2017) is fraudulent. She was never appointed GM of Netspring Ltd, although, she frequently misused this signature in emails and external communication for fraudulent purposes. In her former capacity of Shanghai Yiquan GM, she also diverted our supporters’ financial contributions to another bank account than that of her employer. These contributions were only recovered six months after she had left her employer, through a successful lawsuit we filed on June 12, 2017.

2. The declaration of “Direct Management” of Ms. Clotilde Pallier, GM Shanghai Yiquan Social Enterprise by Ms. Soline Bich on LinkedIn is likewise false and misleading.

Ms. Soline Bich was never appointed Chairman of the Board, nor Legal Representative of Shanghai Yiquan Social Enterprise and thus could not have lawfully, “directly managed any GM of Shanghai Yiquan”. The GM of our social enterprise directly reports to its board.

For the avoidance of doubt, Ms. Soline Bich only represented our companies in the following capacities:

- From July 2013 to February 2017: Board member of Shanghai Yiquan Social Enterprise

- From March 2015 to February 2017: Director of Netspring Ltd. She joined this organisation after it had been founded and was removed from both companies’ boards in February 2017.

Should you want to verify that your computers or e-waste really reached us, or for any further queries, please write to us on netspring@netspringworld.com.

We thank you for your support as we further progress in our work in underprivileged communities in China.
