March is the month of Francophonie. On the morning of March 12th, Technical Cooperation Attaché of the Embassy of France in China, along with technical cooperation officer, visited a private school for migrant children in Changping District, Beijing. They visited the Netspring Green IT Classroom established at the school there and engaged in a lively interaction with the students through a fun activity called "Guess French Words", allowing the children to experience the charm of the French language.
The school currently has 19 classes from grades 1 to 9, over 500 students. Last year, Netspring Green IT Programs, in collaboration with its partner, renewed the previously outdated Green IT Classroom at the school. This renovation has provided the necessary facilities for weekly IT classes for students in grades 3 to 9. Officials began the visit with the tour of the campus. As they walked through the classroom corridors, they paused to admire the imaginative children's paintings.
Afterwards, they entered the Green IT Classroom, where more than 30 students from grades 3 and 6 were already seated. Netspring team displayed a series of easily recognizable eco-themed images on the synchronized computer screens. Officials then guided the students to compare the differences between French and English words and practice pronouncing the French words.
